We are a collection of people from different walks of life, united by our interest in mental health. We want to put positive information out there, focusing on hope and togetherness rather than tales of hardship and intimidating medical descriptions.

We want to create a community of openness, awareness, and support for people with mental health issues of any kind. Finally, we hope to grow into a medium for discussion, activism, and fundraising.

Learned helplessness is a particularly dangerous aspect of some psychological conditions, and it can only be overcome by identifying opportunities for hope... We should keep that ever-present in our minds as we navigate the path to recovery. Ultimately, we must maintain a hopeful mind and an open heart.
